Visit to Caswell House

Caswell House Open Day Visit

Today I went to the open day of the beautiful Caswell House situated in Witney, Oxfordshire. I have not visited before although I drive past frequently as it is so near my house. I wasnt sure what to expect but I had only heard great things. I wasnt disappointed! The buildings are exquisite and all areas were immaculately clean.

Upon walking in to the building I was greeted by two lovely members of staff who were very welcoming. The inside was just as beautiful as the outside. I managed to speak to a few exhibitors but it was very busy with interested brides so off I went to discover the rest of this little gem.

The outdoor ceremony area was laid out in preparation to give potential brides the impression of what it could be like if they got married there.

The registry area was under cover slightly but looked very inviting.

The guest house was equally as gorgeous as the rest of Caswell house. It had a beautiful views out of every window, a lounge and kitchen area and plenty of space for guests. It felt so homely and I think this is one of the many reasons this place is so popular. You can invite your guests to dine with you at breakfast around the dining table the morning after the wedding if you wish. There was also an option for an adjoining door for guests to visit your bridal suite which is a nice touch if you want some privacy later on.

I was fortunate enough to be able to meet Kate, the manager of this establishment and I could see she was very passionate about the venue. The open day was extremely well organised with staff in every area of the grounds to answer your questions and show you around. I found all of the staff to be a complete asset to the business, smiling and couldn’t do any more to help. If you are considering this place I would highly recommend it. They supply in house co-ordination for your day within their packages but don’t forget that Chantilly Rose Weddings & Events are able to help you with all the other aspects of your planning.

Eynsham Hall Visit

On Sunday I visited the beautiful wedding venue that is Eynsham Hall for their wedding open day.

Upon driving down the long driveway towards the venue I couldn’t help but be completely mesmerised by the grade II listed building. Once inside I was equally amazed at the sheer beauty of the place. The warm welcome from Rachel one of the venue organisers was pleasing and after a brief welcome chat I was left to wonder around the rooms they had available for the open day. All the rooms were simply magnificent and the tables in the green room had been laid out especially for alternative ideas. The bedrooms were all unique so there was something for everyone.

After reading through all the various packages they definitely cater for all scales of weddings. I loved this place that much I wanted to get married again just so I could have it there!

Take a look at a few photos I managed to take a decide for yourselves.
